PhoneSteward Dashboard 2.0: What’s New

Introducing real-time call analytics, custom reporting, team performance metrics, and a completely redesigned interface built for speed.

We have completely rebuilt the PhoneSteward dashboard from the ground up. Version 2.0 is faster, smarter, and packed with features our clients have been requesting. Here is everything that is new.

Real-Time Call Analytics

The headline feature of Dashboard 2.0 is live call analytics. You can now see exactly what is happening with your calls as it happens — no more waiting for end-of-day reports.

Live Call Feed

Watch calls come in and get handled in real time. See caller ID, call duration, outcome, and operator notes as they are recorded. This is particularly useful during marketing campaigns when you want to measure response in real time.

Instant Metrics

Key performance indicators update every 30 seconds:

  • Calls answered vs missed (with trend arrows)
  • Average answer time
  • Average call duration
  • Current queue depth

Custom Reporting

Every practice is different, and your reporting should reflect that. Dashboard 2.0 introduces a flexible reporting engine that lets you build exactly the reports you need.

Drag-and-Drop Report Builder

Choose from over 40 data points to create custom reports. Drag metrics into rows and columns, apply filters, and save templates for one-click generation in future.

Scheduled Reports

Set up automated reports delivered to your inbox daily, weekly, or monthly. Choose PDF or CSV format, and add multiple recipients so your whole team stays informed.

Team Performance Metrics

For practices with multiple partners or departments, the new team performance module provides granular visibility.

Per-Department Breakdown

See call volume, conversion rates, and response times broken down by department. Identify which teams are overwhelmed and which have capacity to take on more.

Benchmarking

Compare your performance against anonymised industry averages. See how your answer rate, conversion rate, and client satisfaction score stack up against similar practices.

Redesigned Interface

Speed was our obsession with this redesign. The new dashboard loads in under 2 seconds (down from 8 seconds in v1) and every interaction feels instant.

Dark Mode

By popular demand, Dashboard 2.0 includes a full dark mode that is easier on the eyes during those early morning and late evening check-ins.

Mobile-First Design

The entire dashboard has been rebuilt with a mobile-first approach. Check your call stats, listen to recordings, and manage settings from your phone with the same ease as on desktop.

Dashboard 2.0 is just the beginning. On our roadmap for the coming months:

  • AI call summaries: Automatic summaries of every call, powered by AI
  • Sentiment analysis: Understand caller mood and satisfaction automatically
  • CRM integrations: Direct sync with Clio, Salesforce, and Practice Evolve
